All pre-orders require a 10% non-refundable deposit at the time of checkout to reserve your order and verify payment. The remaining balance will be charged once the item is in stock and ready to ship.
If you combine in-stock and pre-order items in a single order, the entire order will ship only once all items are in stock. For faster processing, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items or for pre-orders with different release dates.
Please note that we are not responsible for manufacturer delays and always provide the most up-to-date information on estimated ship dates. All pre-orders are subject to availability. Once the product ships from the manufacturer, it will be dispatched to you immediately.
The 10% deposit is non-refundable unless we are unable to fulfill your order.
