Handling Time

All orders are processed and shipped by the end of the next business day based on the time the order was placed. We aim for a 24–48 business hour turnaround for order fulfillment.

Please note that delivery time estimates provided at checkout are carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed. Transit times may vary due to weather conditions, customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as "delivered" but you haven’t received it, it may be delayed, delivered to the wrong address, or stolen. Please:

  • Check for proof of delivery or photo evidence.
  • Review footage from door cameras (if applicable).
  • Ask neighbors if they received it by mistake.

If none of these apply, contact us via the "Chat with Us" widget on our website.

If the package shows as "delivered," please also contact the carrier directly, as they may have delivery details such as route information or a delivery photo.

Note: For packages that are not marked as delivered and are missing, we require a 20-day waiting period to conduct an investigation with the carrier. You may also be required to complete a customer affidavit before a replacement or refund is processed. Claims for missing packages must be reported within 30 days of the last tracking update.

Shipping Areas

We ship worldwide and offer fast, highly competitive shipping rates.

International shipping charges vary based on the package weight, dimensions, destination country, and shipping method selected at checkout.

All international shipments are sent on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis whenever available, meaning duties, taxes, and import fees are collected upfront during checkout. In some destinations or shipping methods where DDP is unavailable, additional duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges imposed by local authorities may be the responsibility of the customer.

Domestic U.S. Shipping Rates

We offer both standard and express shipping options to suit your needs.

  • Standard Shipping: $6.99 for all orders under $150.
  • Orders of $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Express Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the package weight, dimensions, destination, and carrier service selected.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. While we will do our best to accommodate address change requests, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed or shipped.

Preorders & In-Stock Items

To avoid delays, we strongly recommend placing separate orders for preorder and in-stock items.

If a preorder item and an in-stock item are purchased in the same order, the entire order will be held until all items are available and ready to ship.

Please note that we cannot hold in-stock items for more than 90 days while waiting for preorder items to arrive. If the expected preorder arrival date exceeds 90 days, we may contact you regarding available shipping options or order adjustments.

Orders are not automatically split into multiple shipments. If a customer requests a split shipment, additional shipping charges may apply.

Carrier Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather events, natural disasters, customs inspections, labor strikes, carrier service disruptions, government actions, tariffs, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Refused & Undeliverable Shipments

If your order is returned due to incorrect address details, refusal of delivery, failure to pay required import fees (where applicable), or a move, we will attempt to contact you.

Here's how we handle it:

  • You will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
  • An invoice for the shipping amount will be emailed once a new address is confirmed.
  • We will attempt to reach you twice within one week.

If we receive no response, we will refund the order minus the original shipping fees, any carrier return fees incurred, and a 10% restocking fee to your original payment method.
