Pre-Order Policy

What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order is an order placed before an item’s official release date. At Nutrade, this lets you reserve upcoming products in advance and secure your spot before they hit our shelves.

Pre-Order Payment

All pre-orders require a deposit at the time of purchase. This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance will be charged before shipping or when the item becomes available.

Canceling a Pre-Order

If you need to cancel a pre-order, please note the following:

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • If you have already paid the balance in full, a 10% cancellation fee will apply to refunds of the remaining amount.
  • You can avoid this fee by requesting store credit, in which case the cancellation charge will be waived.

To request a cancellation, simply reach out using the “Chat with Us” widget on our website. Cancellation requests must be submitted before your order ships. Once shipped, orders will be handled under our standard Refund Policy.

Orders placed through Shopify Installment Pay are non-refundable, as payments are managed by a third-party provider.

Pre-Order Fulfillment

Pre-order fulfillment is a top priority at Nutrade, and we work closely with our distributors to ensure every order is completed. However, please understand:

  • Pre-orders are not 100% guaranteed, as cancellations or limitations from the manufacturer/distributor may occur.
  • In the rare event we cannot fulfill your pre-order due to unavailability, both your deposit and any additional amount paid will be fully refunded.

Estimated arrival dates are provided by the manufacturer and may shift due to production delays or customs clearance issues. For the most current updates on release dates, we recommend checking our Upcoming Releases page, which we strive to keep as accurate and up-to-date as possible.
