If you combine in-stock and pre-order items in a single order, the entire order will ship only once all items are available. For faster delivery, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock items or pre-orders with different release dates.
We are not responsible for manufacturer delays and always provide the most accurate and up-to-date estimated release information. All pre-orders are subject to availability, and once the product ships from the manufacturer, it will be dispatched to you immediately.
Please note that the 10% deposit is non-refundable unless we are unable to fulfill your order. If you choose to pay in full at checkout and request a cancellation, a 10% non-refundable cancellation fee will apply. However, you may request to have the cancellation fee waived in exchange for store credit.
