Titano the Super-Ape made his debut in Superman #127 on February 4, 1959. Originally a chimpanzee named Toto, he was sent on a mission to space, where he was exposed to uranium and Kryptonite-infused radiation. Upon his return to Earth, Toto underwent a dramatic transformation, growing to a size larger than any known dinosaur and developing deadly Kryptonite vision. Renamed Titano by Lois Lane, he was eventually captured by Superman before he could cause catastrophic destruction.

The Flash, also known as Barry Allen, first appeared in Showcase #4 in September–October 1956. Based in Central City, he stands 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighs 179 pounds, and has blue eyes and blond hair. As the fastest man alive, he possesses super-speed, super-endurance, and accelerated healing. His mind works at an extraordinary pace, allowing him to process information and map out possible outcomes in an instant. Additionally, he can vibrate his molecular structure so rapidly that he can phase through solid objects.
