From the film Gamera 2: Attack of Legion comes Legion, finally available in S.H.MonsterArts! This action figure has an original feature that lets you recreate his flying form! The shape of the figure's entire body is the result of thorough supervision by Mr. Fuyuki Shinada, who was involved in the shaping of the Legion suit at the time the film was made. Movable gimmicks are used to make Legion's unique behavior possible. The ten "Interference Wave Claws" can move independently at each joint, and the "Sledge Arms" and "Size Legs" can be moved as well. It also features movable joints all the way down to the lower half of the body, allowing it to twist from side to side, so that it can reproduce lots of the actions seen in the film. The coloring techniques used on the Legion suit at the time of the film were used for the coloring of this figure. The eyes and "egg chamber" in Legion's chest are made with a design that employs painting over clear parts to accurately recreate what was seen on the big screen. Legion's flying form as it takes off from Sapporo in the film can be reproduced thanks to an original gimmick based on new sketch drafts by Mr. Fuyuki Shinada. The wing parts are clear with pearl coloring, which expresses how Legion is a character that can manipulate magnetic waves. The figure can be stably displayed in both its normal and flying forms by using dedicated stands for each form! Legion stands about 9 1/2-inches tall. It includes a flying form wing parts set, flying form recreation exchangeable parts set, a flying form stand parts set, and an original display stand set.
