What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order is an order placed before an item’s official release date. At Nutrade, pre-ordering allows you to reserve upcoming products in advance and secure your spot before they arrive.
Pre-Order Payment
All pre-orders require a 10% non-refundable deposit at the time of purchase. Whether you choose to pay the order in full or only the 10% deposit, the initial 10% remains non-refundable.
The deposit is used to secure inventory, confirm orders with our distributors, and help prevent overselling and fraudulent or automated bot orders.
Approximately 1–2 weeks before the item arrives at our warehouse, we will send an invoice for the remaining balance. To avoid delays in processing and shipping your order, we kindly ask that all outstanding balances be paid promptly upon receipt of the invoice.
If the remaining balance has not been paid by the time the item arrives at our warehouse, we reserve the right to cancel your pre-order. In such cases, the 10% non-refundable deposit will be forfeited, and any additional amount paid beyond the deposit will be refunded in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Canceling a Pre-Order
If you need to cancel a pre-order, please note the following:
- The 10% deposit is non-refundable unless we are unable to fulfill the order.
- Whether you paid only the 10% deposit or paid the order in full, the initial 10% remains non-refundable.
- If the order has been paid in full, any refund issued will be less the 10% non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order ships.

Once an order has shipped, it will be subject to our standard Refund Policy.
Orders placed through Shopify Installment Pay are non-refundable, as payments are managed by a third-party payment provider and cannot be reversed once processed.
Pre-Order Fulfillment
Pre-order fulfillment is a top priority at Nutrade, and we work closely with our distributors to complete every order. However, please understand:
While we make every effort to fulfill all pre-orders, manufacturers and distributors may reduce allocations, cancel products, or limit quantities. In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, all amounts paid, including any deposit, will be fully refunded.
Estimated arrival dates are provided by manufacturers and are subject to change due to production delays, shipping schedules, customs clearance, port congestion, tariff changes, or other factors beyond our control. All release dates and arrival estimates should be considered approximate and are not guaranteed.
Preorder delays do not constitute grounds for a refund beyond the terms outlined in this Pre-Order Policy.
Manufacturer Changes
Manufacturers may change product specifications, packaging, accessories, artwork, release dates, or other product details without notice. Product images displayed on our website may include prototype samples and are provided for reference purposes only. Final products may vary from promotional images.
Combined Orders
Orders containing multiple preorder items will generally ship once all items in the order have arrived and are available for fulfillment. Customers may request that available items be shipped separately at any time; however, additional shipping charges may apply.
Orders containing both preorder and in-stock items will be held until all items are available for shipment. Customers may request a separate shipment for in-stock items, subject to additional shipping charges.
Please note that we cannot hold in-stock items for longer than 90 days while awaiting the arrival of preorder items. If the expected arrival date of a preorder item exceeds this period, we may contact you to arrange separate shipment, collect additional shipping charges if applicable, or discuss alternative order options.
Address Changes
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate and up to date. While we will do our best to accommodate address change requests, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed or prepared for shipment.
